However, the many options can be overwhelming and you need the guidance of a fully qualified, licensed and insured real estate agent. We will refer you to a caring professional, who will arrange viewings according to your personal preferences, and advise you so that you can make a fully-informed decision about your special purchase.
You do NOT pay for this personal service as the seller pays for the sales commission. If the property is a new-build project, this is paid for by the builder/developer.
